“At our law firm, 60 per cent of our legal staff are female. In the next few years, therefore, the proportion of women in the partnership will undoubtedly increase. Of course, mothers in particular who aspire to a career as a lawyer face the well-known challenges, such as reconciling work and family life. In the meantime, however, there are more and more role models who show how these challenges can be mastered. Furthermore, women are currently in a good position when it comes to appointments to committees such as the board of directors or the board of trustees, or when speakers are being sought for a conference – we women should seize these opportunities!”
