“Do female managers have the confidence to work on a board? I often hear doubts when I talk to female executives who might be eligible for a Board position. “Do I bring the right skills for that role? Will I be able to challenge the other board members? Will I add value to the board? Will this end up with time constraints?” All these are valid questions. The Boardroom is a great initiative that enables female managers to learn from others and to learn about themselves. I am delighted to be a Founding Member of the Boardroom and I am confident that this is a big step in the right direction towards more diversity on Swiss Boards”.
