“Throughout my career, I was passionate about recruiting university graduates (of all backgrounds and genders) as members of my team and fast develop their careers through professional qualifications and on the job training. In the 1990s we, at Eurobank, became the first employer outside the UK and the profession, that enabled graduates to qualify as Chartered Accountants. This passion, with time and seniority, evolved in assisting Management teams to problem solve and achieve their objectives. I hope and intend, when the time is right, to continue adding value through non-executive board memberships”.
