“One day my grandchildren will ask me how my life was different to theirs. I will have to tell them that the boardrooms used to have less than a quarter of women back in the day. Then I will want to tell them how we made an impact. Change comes from awareness, learning, connection and action. I joined the Boardroom to make a difference for myself and others.
